Working exclusively with long-established Iranian farms, our caviar is produced using generations of expertise, pristine water sources, and the highest international standards of sustainability and craftsmanship.

Our partner farms cultivate native species including Beluga (Huso huso), Asetra (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) and Baerii (Acipenser baerii). Each sturgeon is raised slowly and naturally, replicating the conditions of their ancestral habitats. This patient, meticulous approach allows the roe to develop its full character — resulting in caviar with exceptional texture, purity, and depth of flavour.

From the delicate, buttery refinement of Imperial Beluga, to the nutty elegance of Persian Asetra, to the smooth and silky profile of Baerii, each tin reflects the mastery of Persian aquaculture. Our premium caviar is packed using the traditional Malossol method, enhancing the natural character of the roe while maintaining optimal purity and freshness.

Dr Import works only with farms that preserve species integrity, protect Caspian ecosystems, and follow internationally monitored, CITES-compliant processes. Every tin we supply is fully traceable from origin to export under our Direct Purchase Model.
